- 2. Why are "Domain" & "Rev Dom" reports not available? Why are all "Hits by Country" unresolved?
Due to performance reasons, MetaPros' systems are configured so that domain access logs include the only the visitor's IP address information and not the domain information. Http-analyze does not report domains when they are not included in the log file.
MetaPros can enable domain logging (reverse dns lookups) instead of basic IP logging for your domain account upon request. Domains would then be reported in the Stats. We strongly recommend against it though, as it can slow down page views for your website visitors (sometimes severely).
