Using your email accounts


5. Email sent to POP mailbox is not received

Look in the mail holding file to see if the message was actually received. File name & location is (via FTP): /YourDomainHere-mail/MailBoxNameHere

If it was truly not received, confirm:
- Has the hosting account hit the disk space limit?
- Have another sender using another ISP test send a message to the same mailbox. Check for receipt.
- Have the original sender test send the message to an address at another domain not at MetaPros. Check for receipt.
