2. I've lost my MySQL login password

Your MySQL username is the same as your Account Manager username.

The MySQL password is either:
- the same as your Account Manager password was when your MySQL database was first created, or
- whatever you've changed the MySQL password to (http://support.metapros.net/faq/12.7.html)

If you still are not able log in, send a message to Support via the "Email Support" section of your hosting account's online Account Manager requesting that your MySQL database password be reset.
