- 6. Can I download the server log files?
Clients can still use the stats program, AND download the logs to analyze using another program such as WebTrends.
Logfiles on the servers are compressed every day. Clients can download their stats from the directory /home/username/domain-logs/old and unzip them on their PC with a program called WinZip (http://www.winzip.com).
The directory name is based on the current yearMonth. i.e. 2003 Feb would be ./old/200302/. The logs will be stamped with the day of the month and total minutes for each day and the time the script is executed.
