3. Can I get a copy of the source code and modify it to meet my needs?

The program files are readable/writable by the user, so you are free to make modifications as you see fit. The files are in the s-cart directory. Please note that if you make any changes, you may not be able to receive future upgrades, and we may not be able to support any problems that you encounter with AlaCart in the future.
