3. How do I access WebMail?

Open Webmail is accessed via your browser. For the address/location, use your domain name followed by a forward slash and "/webmail". (e.g. http://yourdomainName.com/webmail -- Substitute your domain name where "yourdomainName.com" is shown)

The UserID is a mailbox name as defined in your Mail Manager. Use only the mailbox name (e.g. "webmaster") and not the full email address (e.g. "webmaster@yourdomainName.com")

The Password is the password for the mailbox as defined in your Mail Manager. If your login attempt is failing or you are not sure of the password, go to the Mail Manager and change the mailbox's password to a known value. Passwords are case sensitive.
