2. When I try to upload an image file in Miva Merchant I get an error "Unable to create directory '/Merchant2/graphics/...' "

From Miva Support: ..."Log out and re-log in nonsecurely. Secure is represented by https not the usual http"...

Alternatively, you can just FTP your image files to the image files directory. This directory would be "/yourdomain-www/Merchant2/graphics/yourstorename/" Substitute "yourdomain" and "yourstorename" with appropriate values. Once the files are uploaded, then on the "Edit Product:" screens, you do not click on the ""Upload File" icon, but you just enter the image file path/name that you want to use like this: "graphics/yourstorename/yourimagefile.jpg". Substitute "yourstorename" and "yourimagefile.jpg" with appropriate values.
