'WhatRoute' is a free program that is available over the Internet. With this program you will be able to run a traceroute from your MAC computer to the server that hosts your site.
You can find this program at http://shareware.com/
Search for traceroute under Macintosh.
'WhatRoute' is a third party software and thus we do not offer support. It is also shareware and users use it at their own risk.
