9. Change the FrontPage password

To change the Microsoft FrontPage login password for the online site...

(The examples are for FrontPage 2002. Other software versions may vary)

First connect directly to the FrontPage web on the server:
File -> Open Web -> http://www.YourDomainNameHere.com]

then...
Tools -> Server -> Change Password

Follow the screen prompts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Changing your hosting account's Account Manager login password does not change the FrontPage password. To match your FrontPage login password to your Account Manager login password, the FrontPage password must be changed manually using your FrontPage program. You must connect to your online site with FrontPage with the old password to make this change.
